“SNAP” is a protocol we use during busy periods when sales are important. To use this protocol, ask the customer to try on a pair of shoes to establish their personal benchmark. Then, evaluate the score and decide if another shoe is needed. Once the shoe has been chosen, all data is deleted for privacy reasons.

“PRO” is a tool like Snap, benchmarking their performance. However, in PRO, details of the customer height and weight along with the shoes are recorded and stored in the cloud. When the customer returns, this data is retrieved. Additionally, a emailable report is provided to help the customer improve their form, strength, and conditioning, as well as information on the shoes purchased.

“ELITE” is a program specifically created for performance-oriented customers who wish to compare their scores with those of elite athletes. Instead of using our benchmark scoring system, ELITE uses unique Data from professional athletes. This program enables retailers to personalise their customers’ race and training shoes to meet their specific need.
