RUNRIGHT-3D KEY INFORMATION

The RUNRIGHT-3D running station is shipped directly to your store. You will need to provide a treadmill, an Android tablet and a power cable.

The Station features its own PC (i5 Microsoft NUC) and two Microsoft 3D cameras housed in a purpose-built metal enclosure.  Once positioned correctly (and calibrated), you can easily bolt it to the floor. Full instructions are enclosed within the shipping container, making installation and use a breeze.

You will need to provide an Androd Tabloid preferably with a high spec and good resolution.

You will then need to download the RUNRIGHT-3D App from the Google Play Store.

The CMS can be accessed here on a PC or Tablet.  You will receive a login for this after purchase.

RUNRIGHT-3D keeps your customers’ details and purchases in a secure Azure cloud database, along with information on what they didn’t purchase and why. Once your customer is in the system, previous details are automatically displayed the next time they come in. This allows your staff to build a detailed ‘picture’ of your customers’ requirements before serving them.

RUNRIGHT-3D has an ‘Over the Air’ update system which means you can update the capture engine via the app using wifi direct.

Updates for the App are available in the Google App Store.

In the event of an issue, we have you covered.  In the event of any issues outside our trouble shooting Manual you can send an error rep from your app. We also have the ability to replicate your issue in our support office – from within the app you can send the complete raw file to us.

In the event of an issue with Wifi or our Server, RUNRIGHT-3D can run for 7 days without needing a ‘handshake’ from the Server.

Then, in the highly unlikely event there is an unsolvable issue we can connect to your system through the app using AnyDesk app – also downloadable for free from the Play Store.
